Office of the Treasury (OTT)

The Office of the Treasury (OOT) is the executive agency responsible for promoting economic prosperity and ensuring the financial security of the GOP. The agency is responsible for a wide range of activities such as advising the Counsel on economic and financial issues, encouraging sustainable economic growth, and fostering improved governance in financial institutions. The Office of the Treasury operates and maintains systems that are critical to the GOP's financial infrastructure, such as the production of coin and currency, the disbursement of payments to the citizens of Yisraal, revenue collection, and the acquisition of funds necessary to run the GOP.

The OOT works with other federal agencies, foreign governments, and international financial institutions to encourage global economic growth, raise standards of living, and to the extent possible, predict and prevent economic and financial crises. The OOT also performs a critical and far-reaching role in enhancing national security by implementing carefully and methodically determined economic sanctions against foreign threats to the GOP, identifying and targeting the financial support networks of national security threats, and improving the safeguards of our financial system.


The Basic Functions of the Office of the Treasury


Include the following:

  • Management of GOP accounts and related public debt;

  • Advisement on domestic and international financial, monetary, economic, trade and

  • tithing policy;

  • Legislate and uphold policy regarding paper and digital currencies, minting coin in honest

  • weights and measures, promissory notes and other negotiable instruments, and offerings

  • of other ethical mediums of exchange;

  • Collection and allocation of tithes and offerings, duties and monies due for discharging

  • expenses/debts related to business operations of the GOP;

  • Supervision of national banks and thrift institutions, including those that are Arms-Length

  • Bodies (ALB) affiliated;

  • Oversight and regulation of GOP finance, tithe and offering policy;

  • Counsel other nations in overseeing and regulating their financial policies and systems

  • Investigation and prosecution of criminal activity, including theft of monies, tithes and

  • offerings, counterfeiting and forgery, etc.
