ARTICLE 1

Article 1 covers the basic outline structure for the initial establishment of the government of heaven here on earth, which occurred when Moses received instruction on setting up the various administrative offices. The structure of the governing entities today originated from the covenant (constitution) of Moses, which he received at Mt. Horeb from our Heavenly Father, who is the Supreme Judge of the Heavenly Courts. This Heavenly Court is the Great White Throne. Article 1 provides Instruction on establishing courts and boundaries, appointing officers and judges, and the proper execution of judicial responsibilities. A1

PREAMBLE: Deut 29:10-15

10 You stand this day all of you before Yahweh your Father; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, with all the men of Israel,

11 Your little ones, your wives, and your stranger that is in your camp, from the hewer of your wood unto the drawer of your water:

12 That you should enter into covenant with Yahweh your Father, and into his oath, which Yahweh your Father make with you this day:

13 That he may establish you to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto you a Father, as he have said unto you, and as he have sworn unto your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath;
But with him that standeth here with us this day before Yahweh our Father, and also with him that is not here with us this day:

Deut 30:15-20

15 See, I have set before you this day life and righteousness, and death and evil;

16 In that I command you this day to love Yahweh your Father, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that you may live and multiply: and Yahweh your Father shall bless you in the land where you go to possess it.

17 But if your heart turn away, so that you will not hear, but shall be drawn away, and worship other Fathers, and serve them;

18 I denounce unto you this day, that you shall surely perish, and that you shall not prolong your days upon the land, where you passest over Jordan to go to possess it.

19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both you and your seed may live:

20 That you may love Yahweh your Father, and that you may obey his voice, and that you may cleave unto him: for he is your life, and the length of your days: that you may dwell in the land which Yahweh sware unto your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

Appendix Article 1

Court Administration

Preamble

Herein is the formal Declaration of a Sovereign People unto Yahweh. Within this Declaration, the Sovereign People who are also known as, My People, the people of the covenant, Israyl(el),Messiah, Saints, Holy Nation, Jerusalem, Yerusalem, peculiar treasure, special treasure, kingdom of priests, and family of Yahweh, shall in response agree orally and in writing. The writing, the covenantee signature, shall be recorded in the registry of this article as a memorial for the remembrance of This Day, as the Book of Memorial. This Day is Yahweh’s Day, a Day of Rest, the Sabbath, and the one thousand year reign. This Day we will become a Nation unto Our Father as the Messiah, a Government of Peace, after the Order of Melchizedek.

This Day, Yahweh’s Passover shall be unto you for a memorial; and you shall keep it a feast to Yahweh throughout your generations; you shall keep it a feast by an ordinance forever. Exd 12:14

This Day ye shall observe [the feast of] unleavened bread; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe it in your generations by an ordinance forever. Exd 12:17

This Day remember when you came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand Yahweh brought you out from this [place]: there shall no leavened bread be eaten. Exd 13:3

This day came ye out in the month Abib. Exd 13:4

This Day consecrate yourselves to day to Yahweh, as Moses had said, even every man upon his son, and upon his brother; that he may bestow upon you a blessing. Exd 32:29

This Day you observe that which I command thee: behold, I drive out before thee the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite. Exd 34:11

This day which Yahweh have commanded you to do, you have done to make an atonement for you. Lev 8:34, 8:1-36

This Day Yahweh your Father has multiplied you, and, behold, ye [are] as the stars of heaven for multitude. Deu 1:10

This day will I begin to put the dread of thee and the fear of thee upon the nations [that are] under the whole heaven, who shall hear report of thee, and shall tremble, and be in anguish because of thee. Deu 2:25

This Day you that did cleave unto Yahweh there Father [are] alive every one of you. Deu 4:4

This Day what nation [is there so] great, that hath statutes and judgments [so] righteous as all this law, which I set before you? Deu 4:8

This Day Yahweh hath taken you, and brought you forth out of the iron furnace, [even] out of Egypt, to be unto him a people of inheritance, as [ye are]. Deu 4:20

This Day know therefore, and consider [it] in thine heart, that Yahweh he [is] Our Father in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: [there is] none else. Deu 4:39

This Day shall you keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong [thy] days upon the earth, which Yahweh Our Father giveth thee, for ever. Deu 4:40

This Day Moses called all Israel, and said unto them, Hear, O Israel, the statutes and judgments which I speak in your ears, that ye may learn them, and keep, and do them. Deu 5:1

This Day Yahweh made not this covenant with our fathers, but with us, [even] us, who [are] all of us here alive. Deu 5:3

This Day you said, Behold, Yahweh Our Father has shewed us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire: we have seen that Yahweh doth talk with man, and he liveth. Deu 5:24

This Day these words, which I command thee, shall be in thine heart: Deu 6:6

This Day Yahweh commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear Yahweh our Father, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive. Deu 6:24

This Day, Thou shalt therefore keep the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which I command thee to do them. Deu 7:11

This Day all the commandments which I command thee shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which Yahweh sware unto your fathers. Deu 8:1

This Day beware that thou forget not Yahweh your Father, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee: Deu 8:11

This Day you shall remember Yahweh your Father: for [it is] he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers. Deu 8:18

This Day it shall be, if thou do at all forget Yahweh your Father, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you that ye shall surely perish. Deu 8:19

This Day hear, O Israel: Thou [art] to pass over Jordan, to go in to possess nations greater and mightier than thyself, cities great and fenced up to heaven, Deu 9:1

This Day therefore understand, that Yahweh your Father [is] he which goeth over before thee; [as] a consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy face: so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as Yahweh hath said unto thee. Deu 9:3

This Day, at that time Yahweh separated the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, to stand before Yahweh to minister unto him, and to bless in his name. Deu 10:8

This day only Yahweh had a delight in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, [even] you above all people. Deu 10:15

This day know you: for [I speak] not with your children which have not known, and which have not seen the chastisement of Yahweh your Father, his greatness, his mighty hand, and his stretched out arm, Deu 11:2

This day you shall keep all the commandments which I command you, that ye may be strong, and go in and possess the land, whither ye go to possess it; Deu 11:8

And that ye may prolong [your] days in the land, which Yahweh sware unto your fathers to give unto them and to their seed, a land that floweth with milk and honey. Deu 11:9

For the land, whither thou goest in to possess it, [is] not as the land of Egypt, from whence ye came out, where thou sowedst thy seed, and wateredst [it] with thy foot, as a garden of herbs: Deu 11:10

But the land, whither ye go to possess it, [is] a land of hills and valleys, [and] drinketh water of the rain of heaven: Deu 11:11

A land which Yahweh our Father careth for: the eyes of Yahweh our Father [are] always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year. Deu 11:12

This day it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you, to love Yahweh your Father, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, Deu 11:13

This day Behold, I set before you a blessing and a curse; Deu 11:26

This day A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of Yahweh your Father, which I command you: Deu 11:27

This day a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of Yahweh your Father, but turn aside out of the way which I command you, to go after other gods, which ye have not known. Deu 11:28

This day you shall observe to do all the statutes and judgments which I set before you. Deu 11:32

This day Ye shall not do after all [the things] that we do here, every man whatsoever [is] right in his own eyes. Deu 12:8

This day Yahweh your Father hath commanded thee to do these statutes and judgments: thou shalt therefore keep and do them with all thine heart, and with all thy soul. Deu 26:16

This day thou hast avouched Yahweh to be Father, and to walk in his ways, and to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and to hearken unto his voice: Deu 26:17

This day And Yahweh hath avouched thee to be his peculiar people, as he hath promised thee, and that [thou] shouldest keep all his commandments; Deu 26:18

This day it shall be when ye be gone over Jordan, [that] ye shall set up these stones, which I command you, in mount Ebal, and thou shalt plaister them with plaister. Deu 27:4

This day Moses and the priests the Levites spake unto all Israel, saying, Take heed, and hearken, O Israel; thou art become the people of Yahweh your Father. Deu 27:9

This day it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of Yahweh your Father, to observe [and] to do all his commandments which I command thee, that Yahweh your Father will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: Deu 28:1

This day Yahweh shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of Yahweh your Father, which I command thee, to observe and to do [them]: Deu 28:13

This day thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee, [to] the right hand, or [to] the left, to go after other gods to serve them. Deu 28:14

This day shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of Yahweh your Father, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee: Deu 28:15

This day you stand all of you before Yahweh your Father; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, [with] all the men of Israel, your little ones, your wives, and your strangers that is in your camp, from the hewer of the wood unto the drawer of thy water. Deu 29:10-11

This day thou shouldest enter into covenant with Yahweh your Father, and into his oath, which Yahweh your Father maketh with thee: that he may establish thee today for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee a Father as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy Fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jaqob. Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath. Deu 29:12-14

But with [him] that standeth here with us this day before Yahweh our Father, and also with [him] that [is] not here with us this day: Deu 29:15

This day lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away from Yahweh our Father, to go [and] serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood; Deu 29:18

And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst: Deu 29:19

Yahweh will not spare him, but then the anger of Yahweh and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and Yahweh shall blot out his name from under heaven. Deu 29:20

And Yahweh shall separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this book of the law: Deu 29:21

So that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which Yahweh hath laid upon it; Deu 29:22

[And that] the whole land thereof [is] brimstone, and salt, [and] burning, [that] it is not sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which Yahweh overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath: Deu 29:23

Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of Yahweh their fathers Father, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt: Deu 29:24

For they went and served other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom they knew not, and [whom] he had not given unto them: Deu 29:25

And the anger of Yahweh was kindled against this land, to bring upon it all the curses that are written in this book: Deu 29:26

Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath Yahweh done this unto this land? what [meaneth] the heat of this great anger? Deu 29:27

This day as [it is] Yahweh rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land,. Deu 29:28

This day return unto Yahweh your Father, and obey his voice according to all that I command thee, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; Deu 30:2

This day the commandment which I command thee, it [is] not hidden from thee, neither [is] it far off. Deu 30:11

This day I have set before thee life and righteousness, and death and evil; Deu 30:15

This day I command thee to love Yahweh your Father, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and Yahweh your Father shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; Deu 30:16-17

This day I denounce unto you, that ye shall surely perish, [and that] ye shall not prolong [your] days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it. Deu 30:18

This day set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law. Deu 32:46

In This Day let the Courts Recorder record in this Book of Memorial those names that are written:

We the People of the Covenant of the one body of the Messiah in the United States of America answers, in Order to form a more perfect government, we will obey our Father’s voice by keeping His Covenant, in Order to be a special treasure, a Kingdom of Priest, and a Holy Nation unto Him above all people, for all the earth is His, do ordain, accept and restore this Covenant of Peace, that contains Yahweh’s Law, Statutes, Ordinance, Commandments and Judgments, through the Counsel of Peace for the Messiah Government of Peace, as recorded in Isaiah 9:6-7 and Revelation 20:6. If we, who Our Father calls “My People”, that are called by His name, will humble ourselves, and pray, and seek His Face, and turn from our wicked ways, then will He hear from Heaven, and will forgive our sins, and will heal our land. Eph2:19 Now therefore you are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of Yahweh.
